Email recruitment@nfc.com.au with your resume and tell us how you will suceed as a mortgage broker.We can assist you with what you need to become a mortgage broker in the current environment. You are required by Australian Law to now hold a Credit Licence issued by ASIC. In addition to this you will be required to be a member of the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia (MFAA) or the Finance Brokers Association of Australia (FBAA). To be eligible for membership an ASIC Credit Licence (full licence or credit representative under another licencee) will be required as well Certificate IV in Mortgage Broking. The MFAA will also require you to complete an on-line compliance test prior to considering your application.

After the above has been obtained, you can then become a mortgage broker. At this time you can then apply for accreditations with the banks and non-bank lenders.
